I'm not sure if this belongs in this board or cell phone talk, but if it's on the

I just purchased audioboom plus. You basically have 60 minutes of
recording time as opposed to 10 minutes, as well as a couple other
features that I'll never use. The issue I'm having is that on the iPhone
app, when I go to upload a recording, it will cycle over and over again. It
will go from 1 to 100% and instead of being uploaded, it will just cycle from
1 to 100% over and over. I posted a recording that was like 40 minutes
long, and it never uploaded. I went on the website to the help section.
They said it was a bug that they fixed, but I'm still having that problem. I
contacted the admins, and they received my request. They said my
request was solved, but I'm still having the issue. I figured I'd uninstall the
app and then reinstall it. I uploaded 2 short recordings, and they went up
just fine. I then recorded something that was almost an hour long, 50
minutes to be exact, and then it was cycling over and over. I was having
the same exact issue I was having before. This sounds like a serious bug.
Has anyone heard of this happening?
I thought that you said that they banned you, no?
Maybe your current issue is your punishment for uploading too many wanking sound files.
